Exchange Policy

At Soul Beauty Organics, we take pride in offering safe, FDA-approved, vegan, and organic products. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, we follow a strict no refund policy. However, we do provide exchanges in eligible cases as outlined below.

1. No Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on any products once purchased.
• Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Eligible Exchanges

You may request an exchange only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• The product is defective.
• You received the wrong item.

👉 To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A clear photo/video of the unboxing showing the issue.
• Your order details (order ID, date, and product name).

Once verified, we will process an exchange for the same product or provide a replacement.

3. Conditions for Exchange

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Exchanges are valid for the same product only (shade/variant replacement in case of wrong product sent).
• We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product appears used, tampered with, or returned without proper proof.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Patch Test Advisory

While all our products are FDA-approved, vegan, and safe for general use, individual skin sensitivities may vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application. Soul Beauty Organics will not be liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
